Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Technician to join our production team. This role supports packaging operations and ensures finished beer is canned, labeled, and packed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor canning line equipment

Load empty cans and packaging materials

Inspect cans for quality (fill level, seams, labeling, date codes)

Pack finished cases and prepare pallets for distribution

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of packaging area

Assist with changeovers between brands and package formats

Follow safety procedures and quality control standards

Support general brewery and warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications

Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (brewery experience a plus)

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift 40–50 lbs repeatedly

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet, and cold environment
Compensation
-
Hourly pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience)

Overtime paid in accordance with California labor laws

Paid sick time
Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, bending, and repetitive motion

Standing for long periods

Comfortable working around machinery and production noise
