Calicraft Upstairs will have 20 taps of our craft beers, but will also feature our brand new cocktail program. Our cocktails highlight our housemate spirits, as well as our values of sustainability and creativity: our "Pink Caddy" is a zero-waste take on a strawberry margarita, "Caprese" features our homemade tomato and basil vodkas and clarified tomato water - garnished with a caprese skewer, and "Tokyo Cosmo" is our twist on the Sex and the City classic - with a touch of Japanese flair.
FOOD
We will also have fun, small plates by our Chef Jeffrey Amber: Roasted Shishito Peppers served with Japanese seasoning and miso aioli, Foxy Nachos with kettle chips, salami, castelvetrano olives, pepperoncini, fontina, aged balsamic and parm, tinned fish plates and an assortment of savory sourdough waffles, like our Corn Dog Waffle served smoked cheddar, beer cheese and mustard.
BEER & WINE
In addition to our handmade cocktails, and food menu, we will have 20 taps of classic Calicraft Beer and Limited Releases, and a wine menu featuring both traditional and natural wine from California.
